Garlic pull apart rolls recipe - Eggless Garlic butter rolls recipe - Garlic butter bread

I wanted to try this garlic pull-apart rolls for a while but in the beginning, when I started to bake, I had a bad experience with yeast so I kept postponing this. A month ago, I had tried simple bread with yeast, my family loved it. So I decided to try garlic pull-apart rolls. Garlic bread is one of our family favourite. I have used warm milk to activate yeast ,you can use warm water. Using milk gives slight sweetness to the bread. Everyone loved this bread! Since I am still in my early stages in trying out bread, I didn't want to try out with wheat. But if you want to use wheat flour pls. go ahead

All purpose flour - 400g
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 1 cup (I have used less than that. So pls. add little by little when you make dough)
Sugar - 30g (optional)
Yeast - 21g (active dry yeast)

For Garlic butter
Butter - 80g
Garlic - 15 pods (peel and chop finely)
Coriander leaves - 4 tablespoon (chopped finely)

First let's activate yeast. In a bowl add 1/4 cup lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast and  mix well. Leave aside for 10-15 mins till the mixture becomes frothy
In another bowl add flour, salt, yeast mixture and half or remaining milk. Make sticky dough.
Dough must be soft and elastic. Apply oil and and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it double for me it took about 1 hr.
Open it and knock down the air. in floured surface kneed it few times. Divide the flour into 4 portion. Transferred one portion of dough to floured surface. Gently roll to rectangle shape.

Make garlic butter. Take room temperature butter, garlic and coriander leaves and mix well.
Spread the garlic butter to rolled dough. spread it. Roll it tightly
once rolled cut it to desired equal size. Arrange it in buttered baking tin. Apply Milk on top. Cover it with plastic wrap. And leave it for 20 more mins.
Pre-heat oven at 180 degree C. Bake the rolls for 30 mins or till bread is browned.
Once done remove it and serve fresh & hot
