Tomato and Cashew chutney - No onion, garlic chutney - Chutney recipes

I love to try different chutney. I had this chutney at my friends place who is big follower of hare rama hare Krishna. He also doesn't eat onion and garlic. Chutney was very flavourful with a flavour of ghee. There is no seasoning in the chutney so I asked for recipe.. His wife shared her version and I have modified for my family taste. This is the first chutney in which Ghee is used for frying chutney ingredients. Loved the flavour.  This is good alternative to tomato onion chuntey, Small onion, tomato and curry leave chuntey, Kara chutney there are other tomato chutney in my blog too (Tomato coconut chutney onion, tomato, coriander chutney).
