Gulab Jamnun Kofta curry - Rajasthani Gulab Jamun Ki Sabzi - Side dish - Vegetarian gravy recipes

This is one of the recipe I saw in mallika badrinath in my early days after marriage. I was not sure how it would taste.. I kept it aside and didn't even try it out. In my last trip to India I had this at a restaurant and it was pretty good. So I had decided to try it out. Even though I referred the recipe in the book I followed my own in the end. I have added cashew paste but you can replace it with almond too. This will go well with Naan, Jeera rice, pulka or roti
