bottle gourd muthiya - Doodhi Muthia - Lauki Muthia - Snack recipe

Muthiya is one of the snack/ breakfast I miss from the days in Trichy. We had one guju family as neighbours. She made it with Coriander leaves. I had asked her to share the recipe. Last month when My husband went to India my mum (in my Instagram)gave me all the vegetable from home garden.
