Vegetable Briji rice - Seeraga samba brinji - Biryani recipes - Onepot meals - Party recipes

I wanted simple South Indian style Mixed vegetable biryani. One day, one of my friend brought some mixed vegetable rice. I told her that her veg biryani is nice. Then she commented it is brinji instead. Initially I thought I didn't hear full then she said it again. Later I have asked her for recipe. She send it to me. I have misplaced it.
