Peanut Sambar recipe - Peanut masala sambar recipe - Lunch recipe - Vegetarian Gravy - Kids Special - Party special

Are you bored with regular sambar? Looking for some twist to regular sambar? Once I was mixing Peanut chutney and sambar and it tasted good. So I had decided to try out sambar with peanut. I made this for lunch to go with steamed rice. It tasted nice and I had it for idli in the night. It went well with idli too. I felt cashew gave a rich taste to sambar, If you want to skip you can do so. This sambar is without sambar powder or tamarind. I have used coconut oil. It gave a nice armoa.
