I love any chat. I have posted normal pav bhaji, Mushroom Pav Bhaji  and Paneer Pav Bhaji. I normally do vada pav for Sat night or evening snack. When I first saw the pics in menu of restaurant I first thought that this is also similar to vada pav. But it tasted different and I loved it. I am pretty sure my kids would love it. I googled for recipe and I have created my own in the end. I loved the flavour of homemade Dabeli masala . You can use the store bought one too


For Filling

Potatoes - 4 large
Dabeli masala Powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Onion - 1 finely chopped (optional)
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon

For Sandwich

Pav buns / Burger buns - 6-8 (as required)
Sweet chutney - 2 teaspoon per bun (16 teaspoon total)
Green chuntey - 1 teaspoon per bun (8 teaspoon total)
Red Chutney - 1/2 teaspoon Per Bun
Sev - 2 teaspoon per bun (you need 3/4 to 1 cup)
Pomegranate Seeds - 3 teaspoon per bun (U need 3/4 cup to 1 cup. I didn't have it so I have skipped it. But strongly recommend it)
Roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup (I have used little more as my kids love it)
Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 cups

For Red Chutney
Tomatoes - 1 
Onion - 1
Red chillies - 3-4
Garlic - 6 Pods

Grind Tomaotes, Onion, Red chillies and Garlic with salt. Keep it aside

Wash and pressure cook the potatoes. Peel the skin and mash it well. Heat oil and add onion if using Fry till they are transparent. Add Dabeli masala Fry for amin. Add mashed potatoes mix well.
Add 1/4 cup of water and let it cook. Add lemon juice and mix well. Switch off the flame
Mix in Peanuts, coriander leaves. and mix well.
Cut the buys into 2 apply butter. Toast the buns. 

Once toasted apply green chutney, Red chuntney, Sweet Chutney and apply potato mixture.  Add Sev and Pomegranate Seeds. Close it with other half of the bun. Press it and serve
