I wanted to post Rasagulla / Rasamalai for long time. However I wanted to try out with fresh cow milk. At my in laws place we still get fresh milk from cow. My in laws love all the fresh sweets. So I wanted to try this when I was in India. I made this in my last India Trip. I lost one memory card which I was using to record recipes. So I lost Rasgulla pics (both step by step pics and final pics) and rasamalai step by step pic. I decide to post the recipe as making sweet is only during some occasion or when I visit India. When I get chance I will update the step by step pics Happy Deepavaklli / Diwali to all readers
