Keerai Dosa - Spinach Dosa - Palak dosa - Healthy dosa recipe - Breakfast, dinner recipe - How to make healthy palak dosa

I love to try different versions of Dosa. After Spinach Ada I wanted to try Spinach dosa for quite sometime.. Most of the time I make keerai kootu or Keerai Sambar. My kids love those. Since they have full meals at home only during weekends I ended up doing either one. These days they are at home so almost all the meals are at home. so I had decided to do Spinach Dosa for last weekend's dinner. It came out very well

Idli rice - 2.5 cups
Raw rice - 1/2 cup
Urad dal / Urad dhal - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Green chillies - 3
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Spinach - 1 medium bunch (Cooked 1 cup)


Wash and soak rice, Urad dhal and fenugreek seeds for 4-6 hrs
Heat pan and add cleaned and chopped spinach, salt, cumin seeds and green chillies. Let it cook. Switch it off and let it cool down

Grind soaked Rice with salt. Add cooked spinach and grind it to dosa batter consistency

Heat flat pan and pour laddle full of batter and spread outward and sprinkle oil. let it cook. Turn it over and cook again

Serve hot
