Cheese naan recipe - Cheese naan without yeast recipe - Kids friendly recipe

My kids love naan especially Garlic Naan, Butter Naan and Cheese Naan. I have posted Garlic and Butter before. My kids were asking Cheese naan at home. Whenever I make these dishes I don't beg them to finishing their meal. They will come to table on time and finish the food without any noise. Plain cheese is my kids favourite. I have made this as stuffed Cheese naan if you prefer you can put it on top instead (but I feel that would bring you closer to Pizza)
Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 4 cups
Yogurt - 1/2 cup

Warm milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Melted butter or ghee - 3 tablespoon
Salt to taste
baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon


To Make Naan

Grated cheese of your choice - 1 to 2 tablespoon each for each naan (depends on how cheesy you want to hv)

Method:

shift maida with baking soda, baking powder and salt for few times. Take the flour in broader bowl and make a dent in the middle. Add Ghee, Yogurt, warm milk, sugar in the dent. Now using your fingers bring together all the ingredients and make it soft dough. No need to knead so hard. 
Cover it with wet cloth Leave it for 3-4 hours. You can leave it for entire night. When you ready to make naan if the dough is sticky apply oil in your hands and knead gently. Take about lemon size ball (bigger than chapathi / chapatti) and roll into round chapatti. Sprinkle the cheese 
close all the sides together as shown in the pic. Now carefully roll this into thick Naan.  Pull the ends to get the Oblong shape.
Heat the flat pan / tawa with handle. Drizzle oil in the pan and spread it. Place the naan and cover it with the lid. Cook it in low medium flame till nice brown spots appear. Turn it over cook again.

Serve hot.
