Mushroom Vegetable Wrap recipe - Healthy wrap recipe - Breakfast recipe - Brunch recipe

Wrap is one of our favorite breakfast item for weekend esp sunday. Normally I will buy vegetables for the week so I will make wrap with vegetables most of the time I make it with broccoli. However at least once a month I do try other vegetables. Mushroom, Bell pepper and cheese really interesting combo. you should try it out
Ingredients

Mushroom - 600g
Bell Pepper / Capsicum - 1/2 cup (sliced thinly. I have used mixed colors)
Onion - 1 (thinly sliced)
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry Oregano- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Olive oil - 2 teaspoon
Butter - 1 teaspoon (Optional)
Wrap - 6 
Tomato sauce - as required ( I use 1/2 teaspoon per wrap)
Cheese of your choice - 3 teaspoon per wrap

Method

Heat the pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Add mushroom and fry till all the moisture is absorbedAdd salt, pepper powder, Oregano and mix well. 

Fry for another 2 mins in medium flame. Add 1 teaspoon of butter. Fry for another 2 mins in high flame. Remove it from the pan and keep it aside


Add rest of the oil. Add bell pepper and salt and fry till it is cooked

In the same pan add onion and add salt. Fry till it is cooked remove it and keep it aside

Heat the wrap for 10 sec. Spread the sauce. Arrange Mushroom, bell pepper, onion and cheese. 


Heat it again till cheese is melt . ( I have used microwave. I use about 15 sec to heat the wrap and after arranging heat for another 30 sec). Fold it as in pic below.. Serve hot

Remove it and serve hot.
