Soya Bean Dosa - Soya bean Indian pancake - Soya Bean Idli Recipe - Healthy breakfast recipe

I have posted instant soya dosa using soya flour in this blog. My kids really love that. I use Soya bean to make Sundal more often. I wanted to try Soya Bean Dosa. Anything to make our meal healthy and protein rich...Just like instant soya Dosa this one also big hit.. You can completely replace the Urad dhal with Soya Bean too. I wanted to play safe that's why I added urad dhal.

idli rice / par boiled rice - 2 cup
Raw rice - 1/2 cup
urad dhal - 1/4 cup
Soya bean - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1/8
Salt per taste
Oil - for shallow cooking dosa (about 1/4 teaspoon per dosa. If you ask my mum or MIL they will ask for at least 3/4 teaspoon haha.. choice is yours)

Wash and soak Urad dhal, boiled rice, raw rice and fenugreek seeds together. Wash and Soak soya bean for 6-8 hrs. 
Grind the Rice/dhal smoothly.
Grind Soya bean with required water. 
Add salt and rice batter Grind for another 2 mins. Let it ferment it overnight or 6 hrs
Heat the flat pan and pour laddle full of batter and spread it outward in circular motion. Drizzle oil and let it cook. Fold it and remove it from the pan. For idli grease the idli plate and pour the batter. Steam it till it is cooked (When you touch it with wet hand the batter should stick)
Serve hot
