Jackfruit Seeds Dosa - Healthy dosa recipe - Healthy breakfast recipe

I saw lot of jackfruit seeds last week when I visited Little India (Serangoon).  I love the dishes with Jackfruit seeds. So Decided to buy it. My helper was asking whether I have tasted dosa using Jackfruit seeds? I thought I didn't hear well I asked again dosa with Jackfurit or jackfruit seeds? She said Jackfruit seeds. Being food blogger I wanted to tryout immediately. And what more she told me batter doesn't require fermentation. We did it for that day dinner. I have tried plain as well as with onion. I loved both version. It tasted amazing when it is hot. Here you go with the recipe. 
Ingredients:

Jackfruit seeds - 20
Idli rice / Idly rice / Par boiled rice - 3 cups
Dry Red chillies - 5-7 (adjust to your spice level)
Urad dhal - 2 tablespoon
Fenugreek seeds - 1/8 teaspoon
Salt taste
Oil for cooking dosa
Curry leaves - 10 (Finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)


Method:

Soak Rice, Urad dhal, Fenugreek seeds and red chillies for 2-3 hrs. Remove the outer skin of Seeds. And fry it with 2 teaspoon of oil. Keep it aside
Grind rice, urad dhal, red chillies, salt, fenugreek seeds and fried jackfruit seeds to smooth paste. It should be in  Adai paste consistency. Divide the batter into 2 equal part. In part add curry leaves, coriander, cumin seeds and chopped onion. Mix well
First let's make the plain dosa, Heat flat pan and add laddle full of batter and spread it in outer circle and make thin dosa. And drizzle oil around it. Cook it well. Turn it over and cook on other side. When it is cooked remove it from the pan
Now let's make the dosa with onion. This version will be little thicker (like adai) Pour laddle full of batter. Spread it. Drizzle oil and cook it. Turn it over and cook it on other side. Remove it and serve hot
Serve Hot with your favour dip / chuntney
