Chaat! Whenever I think about it I feel hungry. I love any type of chaat. I always have green / Red chutney in the fridge. My kids love Chaat too esp with yogurt base. This recipe has a lot of ingredients but most of it you can prepare it earlier over couple of days if you plan right. Some times I buy Sev from outside also. It also perfect for this summer season. Another way to have Dhahi / yogurt
Ingredients


puris or golgappas - 15 to 20 (make sure you take fully puffed one)
Sweet chutney - As needed ( I have used 1/4 teaspoon per puri)
Green Chutney - As needed ( I have used 1 teaspoon per puri)
Yogurt - 1 cup (beat it with 1 tablespoon of sugar)
Chat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves / Cilantro - 2 teblespoon
Cooked potato - 1/2 cup (diced)
Sev - 1/4 cup
Kara Boodhi - 1/4 cup
Grated carrot - 1/4 cup
Cooked sprout - 3/4 cup
Salt to taste

Method:

Add chat masala, red chilli powder to yogurt and mix it well. Make a well in the puri by breaking it in the middle. Place few pieces of Potato, Sprouted green gram and grated carrot

Add green and sweet chutney. Add beaten yogurt. Add teaspoon of Sev and boondhi. Sprinkle grated carrot.
 

Serve immediately
