Quinoa Paniyaram Recipe - Quinoa kara Paniyaram - Paniyaram Recipe - Kuzhi paniyaram - Healthy Snack recipe

I love kuli / kuzhi paniyaram. It is perfect for a after school snack or for using sour idli / dosa batter. I love the masala / savory version. When I try to replace Millets / quinoa for rice in south Indian dishes 50% millet / quinoa and 50% rice works the best. This is perfect for after school / teatime snacks. Actually first day I made uthappam and next day made Kuzhi paniyaram. Kids enjoyed both.
