Palak Kofta Curry recipe - Curry with spinach kofta recipe - side dish recipe - Side dish for roti, rice, fried rice

Are you bored with Palak Paneer or any pureed palak base recipe for that matter? My kids were but had some spinach in the fridge so I had used spinach instead of  palak.  This goes well with fried rice or roti or steamed rice. You can make this kofta for an evening snack too.
