Ambur Vegetable Biryani - Ambur Veg Biryani - Soya chunks Biryani - Simple spicy one pot meal - Spicy rice recipe

I always had this belief that any rice / biryani with name of a place it is really good (otherwise it won't be that famous right?) Mostly these biryani are non-veg. When I saw this at Chitra's place, I bookmarked it. My kids love the spicy rice as well as meal maker. So I was pretty sure they will love this. This is perfect for weekend / party meals. I have used less spicy version of Red chillies and I got a lovely color.
