Chocolate Oats Almond cookies - Kids friendly cookie recipe - Eggless baking

I used to buy my vegetable from a shop near my house. Since I am regular there recently I got a gift of mixed cookies bag from her for Chinese new year. I always like Chinese cookies as it is less sweet, more nutty. My kids loved a couple of cookies most. So I requested her to pass me the cookies recipe. Without any hesitation she pass me the recipes next day. It came out so well. My husband who normally doesn't eat chocolate base cookies loved this one.

Dark Chocolate bar - 50g (I have used 70% lindt)
Toasted / baked almond - 40g ( I have used skinless almond)
Butter - 110g (at room temperature.. unsalted)
Salt - a pinch
Brown sugar - 60g
Golden Syrup - 17g
Self raising flour - 110g
Rolled oats - 110g
Vanilla essence - 1/4 teaspoon

Pre heat the oven at 180 degree C. Chop the chocolate. Sift together Flour and salt. Add toasted almond, Oats. chipped chocolate. Mix together
Take butter, sugar, Vanilla essence and golden syrup. Heat it in low flame till it is melt.
Add wet ingredient to Dry ingredient. Mix it with wooden spoon to form a dough.

Take slightly bigger than marble size dough. Flatten it using finger and arrange it in a tray lined with baking sheet
Bake it for 12-15 mins or till sides start to brown. Let it cool down completely.
