I wanted to try millet base shake. This can be a meal by itself. No one could guess the millet additions in it. Later I told them this has cooked millet and every one was surprised. So if you are looking to hide millets into your kids favourite recipe you can try this shake.
Ingredients:
Cooked and chilled Barnyard millet - 1 cup
Milk - 1.5 cup (I have used low fat)
Ice cream of your flavour - 1 cup (I have used Almond flavour)
Sugar to taste
Pineapple - 1 cup
Method:
Combine Icecream, cooked millet, pineapple and grind to smooth paste. Add milk and whip again
Add sugar and whip for a min.
Serve it in tall glass. Enjoy it
