Aamai Masala Vadai - Masala vadai with carrot - Chattambade recipe - Simple snack recipe - No Onion No Garlic recipe - Kids friendly recipe

I love masala Vadai even though it is deep fried. It is full of dhals so it is protein packed. I have posted plain masala vadai before. I love this version because of the crunchy vegetables. Also carrot gives slight sweetness this vada. This vada is so addictive. This recipe is from one of my friend who has completed a Nutrition and diet course. This is a perfect to hide some vegetables in kids favourite dish. Enjoy it.. this post goes to Shhhhh Cooking Secretly Challenge. thanks for Saraswathi Tharagaram of sarasyummybites
