Maa Inji / mango Inji / Mango ginger rice / sadam

I love ginger and Mango. May be that's why when I tasted in at my cousin's house I fell in love with it.  I have asked my mum to make pickle with it.After making we left with few pieces of the mango ginger. So I asked my mum to do rice with it. However she was not sure about recipe. So I asked my MIL and she told me to do similar to lemon and add mango ginger to it. Why not? result was so tasty and tangy rice

Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Urad dhal / dal - 1.5 teaspoon
