Aloo Chana Chaat - Aloo Channa Chaat - Potatoes chickpeas chaat - Simple snack recipe

I love chaat. Some of the Chaat can be main dish itself. It is quite filling. My kids are big fans of chaat too. It is because of the Sev &  sweet chutney / date chutney I add. So I always have sweet / green chutneys in the fridge so that I can make some of quick chaat items. Sometime I do this when I am really craving form chaat but no Papdi at home or no mood for pani puri

Cooked channa / chickpeas - 1.5 cups
Cooked potatoes - 1 (Medium size. Dice then into 1/4 inch cube)
Sev - 3 tablespoon
Onion - 2 tablespoon
Carrot - 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
Sweet chutney - 1 Tablespoon (Since my kids like I have doubled it)
Green chutney - 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Take a broad vessel add all the ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately. If you are preparing to be served later add sev when you are about to serve
