Vegetarian Mee Goreng recipe - Vegetarian Noodles - Kids friendly recipe

After big hit of Nasi Goreng I wanted to try more Indonesian food. I know kids eat those when they take meals outside. Some of these dishes I thought tastes good with egg etc.. I am the only vegetarian at home. However my 2nd son is allergic to eggs. Last week when I was in Malaysia I tried veg version of Mee Goreng. It tasted good so I have decided to give it a try. I was searching for a recipe but I couldn't pick one specific. So I have decided to try on my own. I also decided to replace yellow noodle with wholegrain noodle.
