Kesar Lassi - Saffron Lassi - Simple healthy summer cooler

I love any  simple shake with yogurt. It is very simple and easy way to whip up the healthy balanced meal. I normally have this lassi for breakfast / lunch this gives me instant protein boost...in addition to good bacteria. I love the unique taste of saffron. 
Ingredients:

Greek Yogurt - 500g (I have used 0% )
Saffron - 20 strands (reduce if you don't want this to be strong) Soaked in 1/4 cup of warm milk
Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Sugar to taste
Nuts - for garnishing

Method:

Add all the ingredients in blender except nuts. Whip it up
Add Nuts and serve chill
