Whey water tofu soup - Healthy diet

I had some left over whey water from my paneer making. My husband was having some sore throat and wanted to make some simple clear soup. I wanted to have soup for my dinner (wanted to have light meals) So decided to try out Tofu whey water soup. Every one loved it.
Ingredients

Whey water - 2 cup (see Paneer recipe to get whey water)
Water - 1 cup
Firm Tofu - 1.5 cups (1/4 inch cube)
Salt to taste
Green part of Spring onion - 1/2 cup
White part of spring onion - 1 tablespoon
Onion -  2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (Adjust to your spice level)
Green chillies - 2
Oil - 1 teaspoon

Method:
Marinate Tofu with salt and turmeric powder. Heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil. spread the tofu and fry it till all sides are brown. Turn them regularly. Heat the pan and add oil. When it is hot add onion and fry till transparent. Add white part of spring onion and fry for 30 sec. Add whey water, water, Pepper powder and green chillies. Let it boil. Add tofu. Boil the soup. Add green part of spring onion boil for 10 sec. Switch it off
Serve hot
