Rava Kheer / Rava Payasam / Rava quick dessert / Sooji Ki Kheer / semolina Sweet

I love Kheer. Rava Kheer or Sooji kheer is a very healthy and easily digestive Indian kheer recipe. Whenever I want to have something with milk but not in a mood to have normal falvoured milk drinks like coffee, tea etc.. I will do Kheer. Kheer is so easy to do you can do it in no time. So easy to make it healthy yet satisfy sudden craving for Indian Sweet / dessert
Ingredients:

Rava  / sooji / semolina - 3 tablespoon
Milk - 400 ml ( I  prefer it bit think if you like watery add another 150 ml. I have used slim milk)
Sugar - 2 tablespoon
Green Cardamom - 2 - 3 pods
Ghee /  Oil - 1/2 teaspoon
Mixed nuts - 3/4 to 1 tablespoon ( I love it to be nutty so I have used 1 tablespoon and used baked Almond and Cashew). If you prefer it to be fried use the raw nuts and fry in a additional 1/2 teaspoon of ghee/oil and keep it aside till u need it


Method:

Heat the pan and add ghee. Add Rava and fry for a min or till nice aroma comes. Add Milk and Cardamom. Let it boil. Add sugar and mix well. Cook till sugar melts and Rava is fully cooked. Add in mixed nuts and serve hot or cold
