Tofu Tikka (Tofu with yogurt sauce)

As you can see, I love tofu and do some thing with it almost everyday. Whole family love it. In fact they love very single dish with Tofu. Tofu Tikka is something I do for tea time snack. How much ever I do it disappears very fast. Whenever I buy greek yogurt I do Tofu Tikka. You can do it with normal thick curd too. But we find it taste better with greek yogurt
Ingredients:

Greek Yogurt - 4 tablespoon
Red Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon to 1 (depends on your spice level)
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Rock salt per taste - ( I have added 1 teaspoon. As my Tofu is unsalted)
Ginger Garlic paste - 1.5 tablespoon
Asafoetida -  A pinch
Gram Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Tofu - 4 blocks (Each 115g)
Oil - 1 tablespoon

Method:

Cube the Tofu into 1/2 inch cube. You can make into your desired shape / size
Mix all the ingredients except Tofu and Oil in broader vessel. Add Tofu cubes and mix well. Keep it for 30-45 mins
Heat Flat tawa and add oil. Arrange Tofu pieces on such that they are not touching one another. Roast it in medium flame. When it start to brown turn to other side slowly. Make sure you cook all the sides of Tofu. Repeat the process till all marinated Tofu pieces are done.
Alternatively, you can grill them in an oven. Pre-heat the oven to 200 deg C or 400 deg F. Line the baking tray and arrange the tofu and bell peppers in single layer. Grill them for 15 minutes, turning the pieces once or twice in between.
