Aam Ka Panna Raw Mango Drink

I normally order different drink (those that we don't make at home) at restaurants. Like my kids comment, As a family member of food blogger has both advantages and disadvantages. Advantage is, they get to try lot of new dishes disadvantage is, it is not that often. I brought couple of mango last week. At the time of buying I wanted to do Mango sweet pachadi in my mind. For some reason as days passed by I lost the interest. My helper was commenting about goodness of raw mango drink. She said in her village they drink mango drink without salt if they have fever. It is really good. So I have decided to do Aam Ka Panna or Raw mango drink

Raw mango - 2 (Pulp 2 cup)
Sugar - 2-3 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Mint leaves (pudhina) - 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder (Jeera) - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 3/4 teaspoon (adjust to your taste)
Water - 6-8 cups (adjust to the preferred thickness)

Cook the Mango with salt. (You can pressure cook as whole or cut into bigger junks or peel the skin and cut into bigger junks ). I have pressured cook till 2 whistle. Remove the skin and mash the pulp.
Add Sugar, chaat masala, cumin powder and pepper. Mix well. Add water and mix well
Mix in Finely chopped Mint Leaves. Served chilled
