Strawberry Lassi

These days I try to take Yogurt at least once a day. I struggle to take plain one. I prefer some flavour or fruits with it. Fruit lassi one of the option. It is easy to make (less time in preparing yet gives you good balanced dish) I normally take it for morning breakfast on the go.
Strawberries (Remove the green stem) - 400 g
  • Low Fat Yogurt - 2 Cup
  • Water - 1 cup (If you want your Lassi bit thicker adjust the water)
  • Ice Cubes - 1 cup
  • Honey - 2 -3 tablespoon (adjust to your sweet level
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon 
  • Vanilla powder - 2 tablespoon (Optional)
  • Salt to taste 
  • Roughly chopped strawberries  for garnishing - 2 tablespoon


Chop the Strawberries. Transfer it to mixie or blender and make a smooth paste with 4 tablespoon of yogurt. Add rest of ingredients and mix it till it is smooth in the blender. 
Serve it cold with chopped strawberries on the top
