Chow Chow (chayote) Peanut Kootu

I wanted to try some kootu without garlic / onion /Tomato. Take a break from normal ingredients. I wanted to add little more flavour and protein into also. After trying out gujarathi dhal which was with peanut I wanted to try it out with some vege and peanut. I had chow chow on hand wanted try out with peanut. It came out well. This can go well with rice or chappathi.

Salt per taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
