Tofu Babycorn Fry

Only recently I started to use baby corn in my cooking. My kids were not fond of normal corn but seems to be warming up to having baby corn. I had some Schezwan Sauce left in the fridge. This is nice fusion dish. If you are tofu person you will love it. This is good enough to be snack 
Baby Corn - 10
Tofu - 200 g
Onion - 1 (chopped finely)
Tomato sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Schezwan Sauce - 2 tablespoon (adjust per your spice level)
Salt per taste
Corn flour - 2 tablespoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Spring Onion - 1 tablespoon (chopped green portion)


Cut the baby corn into small circle. Put it in hot water. close the lid for 2 mins and take out the corn.
Cut the Tofu into think slices
Heat the kada and add oil. Add onion and fry till it is slight brown color. Add schezwan sauce and fry for 1 min. Add Tofu, Baby corn and mix it well. fry for another 2 mins


Mix the tomato sauce, corn flour and salt with 1/2 cup water. Mix it well. and add this paste to corn and tofu. Mix well. Cook till water is fully absorbed. Garnish with spring onion
Serve hot
