When I saw from a library book that I have borrowed I was happy because it is low in calorie and sugar. It is so easy to make it. It is perfect for your breakfast. First time I have used maple syrup in baking. Tasted great

Cooked Oatmeal - 2/3 Cup, Cold (Cook 2 tablespoon of oats in a 3/4 cup water in a microwave)
Oil - 2 tablespoon ( Used Sunflower)
Maple Syrup - 1/4 Cup
Soya Milk - 3/4 Cup
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Baking powder - 3 teaspoons
Sugar - 2 tablespoon (used brown sugar)
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Preheat oven to 180 degree
Stir together Oatmeal, egg replacement, oil, maple syrup, Maple syrup and soymilk in a large bowl until blended. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Combine flour mixture with wet ingredients, stirring until just mixed
