Aztec Hot Chocolate

I am big fan of spicy food. I am addicted to chocolate, if I see any good chocolate I must try immediately. This week at one of the lunch buffet I tried chocolate with chilli. I loved it. When I wanted try this at home my son was not sure about it & he was saying what a weird combination. I told him I loved it. But he said no thanks. Still I went ahead to try it was prefect for lazy weekend. I made it 3 days in a row..If you are chilli person you should try too


Soya Milk - 2 Cups (If you are not a soya person replace it with normal milk)
Unsweetened Coco powder - 1/4 cup ( I used Hershey)
Sugar - 2 tablespoon (Adjust to your sweetness)
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teapoon 
Red Chilli powder - a pinch
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon


Add coco powder to hot water and mix it well so that there is no lumps
Bring milk to boil at low flame. Add cinnamon, chilli powder,Vanilla essence mix well
Add sugar and coco powder hot water
Bring it to boil for another 2 mins. Switch off the flame. Serve hot or cold
