Chapathi (Chappathi) Noodles

For Kids we need to pack breakfast every day. And need to do it before 6:30 AM. So most of the time I do bread sandwich with some easy option or left over from previous day. I had left over Chapathis but the gravy I did finished. Normally I apply Nutella but that is also over! (Poor me) Have to make some quick option that kids will like it. My kids love Chinese fried rice. So wanted to try out with chapathi. And also seen this recipe at ..So I did Chapathi noodles. The loved it. This is bachelor friendly too as we can do this using frozen chapathi

Chapathi - 6
Onion - 2  (Finely Chopped)
Garlic - 5 (Finely Chopped)
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (Adjust to ur taste)
Mixed vegetables (Carrot, Cabbage, capsicum) - 1 Cup (Cut into thin strips or you can use the grater)
Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoon
Green Chillies - 3 (Finely Chopped)
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon (adjust to ur spice level)
Salt as required 
Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon (Finely Chopped)
spring onion - 1 tablespoon (Finely Chopped)
Oil - 2 tablespoon


Stack the chapatis and cut them first into 4 quarters and cut them into long thin strips. If u want longer noodles cut it into half circle and start cut into thin strips

Heat a pan with oil and add crushed garlic first followed by onion and green chillies.
Fry for a minute and then add the vegetables carrot,cabbage and capsicum,frying each for a minute.
Lower the flame,add the sauces and pepper powder,sambar powder,little salt(chapati has salt,so add very little).Stir well and add the cut strips of chapati and toss well in high flame to mix thoroughly. Stir it for 3 Mins

Lastly Garnish with finely chopped coriander and spring onion and serve immediately.
