Carrot Dosa - Healthy vegetable dosa

It has been while since I did the Carrot Dosa.  I run out of normal dosa batter. So wanted to have some dosa for Dinner so wanted to do something which you can do right after grinding

Raw Rice - 1 Cup ,
Idli Rice - 1/4 Cup
Grated Carrot - 3/4 Cup
Dry Red Chilli - 5
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Curry Leaves - 10
Sat per taste
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon

Soak both rice for 2 hours
Heat kada and add oil when it is hot add mustard seeds when it splutter add urad dhal and fry till it is brown. Keep it aside
Grind together with Onion, cumin seeds, Tomato, Carrot, chilli, Curry leaves
Add salt and seasoning (mustard seeds and urad dhal)
Mix it well. Pour dosa right after grinding. Don't allow to Ferment
