Pasta, Black Bean and Avocado(guacamole) Salad


I wanted to make salad for today dinner. I wanted to try out Pasta salad. It came out pretty good. This is quite filling and had balanced nutrition
Ingredients:


Cooked Black Beans - 1 Cup
Cooked Pasta - 1 Cup ( I have used spiral buckwheat pasta)
Avocado - 1 slice it
Carrot - 1/2 Cup Diced small pieces
Pepper - 4 teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt as required



Method:


Mix Lemon Juice, Salt and pepper and mix it well
Add Cooked Beans, Avocado, Pasta and Carrot and mix it well. Serve hot/cold
