Channa Salad (Sundal) - Black chickpeas chaat - Healthy evening snacks recipe - Hi protein snacks





























I first had this in the Bombay woodlands I liked but hesitating to do it at home because it had raw onion which my son doesn't like it. However today I did it and kept plain cooked channa with Sweet chutney for him.. This way he is happy and the rest of us are happy :-) Don't have to wait for my visit to Bombay woodlands
Ingredients:
Cooked black Channa -2 Cups (Soak for 7-8 hours and pressure cook till 5 whistle with salt)
Finely chopped Onion - 1 tablespoon
Tomato - 1 tablespoon
Shredded Ginger - 5 pieces
Sweet Chutney - 4 Tablespoon
Chopped Coriander - 1 tablespoon


Method:


Mix everything in a bowl and serve
