Cabbage chutney

Wanted to make some chutney which is vegetable base and goes well with Dosa. When I checked the fridge I saw Cabbage and it is has been while since I made Cabbage Chutney. Normally my husband and kids were not big fan of vegetable base chutney. So this time I didn't want to tell them what it is till they are done with the dinner :-). I can use chutneys to go with rice and make it as full meal. Cabbage chutney  can go well with idli, dosa, chapatti, dosa or uttapam
