bottle gourd (sorakkai) kootu

When I was young Sorakkai is one of the vegetable comes from my grandma field. And every time my mum does it we all used to make funny face..and big fuss.. That time my mum used to tell us this is good for health, Skin etc, etc... At that time who cares right? That way I think now a days we are more fortunate as our kids are more health conscious than we are and more open to have food that is good for their health.
