Ragi Idli

I have been having too many office lunches this week. So Today wanted something light and healthy. Even though I normally use readmade flour for making Ragi Idli wanted to try out from scratch for this recipe so I got this from the internet. It came out ok.
Ragi flour - 2 cups
Urad Dhal - 1 cup
idli Rice  - 1/2 cup

Salt - to taste
Soak urad dhal and Rice separately for 4 hours...
Grind Rice and Urad Dhal just like how you will do it for normal idli.
Mix the ragi flour with water and turn them as thick paste without any lumps with enough salt...
Take off the batter from the grinder and add them to the ragi batter, mix well with ur fingers n keep aside for fermentation.
Grease the idli plates and pour the ragi batter and cook them in pressure cooker or idli cooker as usual as we do for cooking idlies

Once they are well cooked, remove carefully with a spoon...
