Capsicum Thuvaiyal - Capcicum chutney


Capsicum Green,Red and Yellow - each one
Urad Dhal - 2 teaspoon
Bengal Gram Dhal - 1 teaspoon
Red Chillies - 4 
Ginger - 1 inch 
Tamarind - Small size ball
Roasted gram - 1/4 teaspoon
Coconut - 1 tablespoon (Optional)
asafetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Strings

Salt to taste
Oil - 5 teaspoon (if you add olive it is good taste)
mustard seed - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste


Cut the Capsicum
Heat the Kadai and when hot add 3 teaspoon oil
When oil hot add Urad dhal, Bengal Gram Dhal, Red Chillies, Tamarind and asafetida
When the dhals turn red add ginger and capsicum
when it is cooked add 1 string of curry leaves, coconut and roasted gram
Fry for 1 more mins
switch of the heat and let it cool down
transfer this to mixie and grind it to paste
heat the kadai and heat the 2 teasoon oil
add mustard seed and when it splutter add another string of curry leave
add to the grinded paste and just run the mixie for one quick round
