Vegetable kurma in cashew gravy recipe - Mixed vegetable korma - Side dish recipe - Vegetarian Gravy recipe - Vegan Gravy recipe

I was in India last week for a quick family visit. My mom made this mixed vegetable korma (kuruma/ kurma) It was thicker than normal korma. It tasted different and also I could not taste any normal kurma masala like cinnamon or cardamom or coconut or gram masala. I am pretty sure my 2nd son would like it. So I asked my mum for the recipe. I had noted down the recipe. As expected my son loved it. I had this with my Chapathi. I skipped paneer & potato but you can add paneer and potato
