Pumpkin Pasta - Red Pumpkin Pasta - Onepot Meal recipe - Kids friendly recipe

My kids love to have pasta / Noodles at least once a week.  I try to sneak in some vegetable base sauce/ Pesto in it. That's one of quick way to get your fussy eater to have vegetables without complaining (at least in my case). I saw this recipe in Preeti's space.  I made some changes to the recipe to suit our family. My kids loved it .. I made this couple of times after the first try. I've used longer version of noodle, Penne pasta too. All tasted good. So you can use pasta of your choice
