Bite size Puff with Sweet potato curry - Curry Puff - Snacks recipe - Kids friendly Recipe

During last school holiday, I wanted to make some evening snack for the kids. After tasting Roasted vegetable Puff cup my son was saying that curry would go better with pastry than simple roasted vegetable. I had some sweet potato so I decided to make the bite size curry puff. Generally my kids are not a big fans of sweet potato. So I seldom buy sweet potato. But in my last trip to my sis I made this sweet potato cutlet and kids loved it.
