idli rice / par boiled rice - 2 cup
Raw rice - 1/2 cup
urad dhal - 1/4 cup
Soya bean - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1/8
Salt per taste
Oil - for shallow cooking dosa (about 1/4 teaspoon per dosa. If you ask my mum or MIL they will ask for at least 3/4 teaspoon haha.. choice is yours)
Wash and soak Urad dhal, boiled rice, raw rice and fenugreek seeds together. Wash and Soak soya bean for 6-8 hrs.
Grind Soya bean with required water.
