Mixed bean Patty burger - Mixed bean patties - Healthy burger recipe - Mixed bean tikki - Kids special - Low carb and high protein burger

I love tikki. Whenever I make it I serve tikki as an evening snack and use it to make burger for Dinner. This is made of mixed bean so it is very high in protein. I have not used any potato to bind so it is also low in carb. So try this with your favourite bread choice. I have used black eye bean which gives nice texture and acts as a nice binding ingredient. 
Ingredients

Mixed beans - 2 cups (Black eye bean, white Chana, Green beans / whole yellow dhal)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Mushroom - 200g
Olive oil - 4 teaspoon
Olive oil - to cook patties
Garlic - 2 teaspoon
Green chillies - 3 
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Spring onion - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Bread crumbs - As required
Corn flour - 2 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoon
rice flour - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Roasted cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Bread - 10 slices (if using burger bread then 5)
Lettuce as required
Carrot as required
Cucumber as required
Tomatoes as required

Method

Soak mixed beans overnight. And cook it with salt and drain the water. Keep it aside
Heat 2 teaspoon of oil. Add onion. And fry till transparent. Add Green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry till nice aroma released. Switch it off and let it cook off
Grind Onion, chillie, cooked beans into coarse paste. . Add 2 teaspoon of oil and add cleaned and cut mushroom and cook it.
Transfer this to broader vessel. Add Chopped coriander leaves and spring onion and cooked Mushroom, Mix well. Take a lemon size mixed bean paste and flatten it with your palms. 
Mix in All purpose flour, corn flour (I have used yellow one), Cumin powder and salt. Make a thick paste
Take a lemon size mixed bean paste and flatten it with your palms. and dip this in corn flour paste. Roll this in bread crumbs. 
Heat flat pan and place the patties and drizzle oil around it. Let it cook in medium flame. Turn it on other side and cook. Make sure you cool on all side
If you want to serve it as tikki you can serve now. Toast the bread. And arrange the lettuce, Carrot, Tomato and cucumber
Placed cooked patties. Close it with another toasted bread
