When I saw this recipe sometime ago at Veganricha I bookmarked it. I only got a chance to do it today I was not sure whether kids would like it so I added cheese on top of that.. I loved every bite of it and even without any cheese on my piece.. It is quite healthy and tasty.
Ingredients:
Crust
Sprouted Moog bean /Mung bean - 1 cup
Oats flour - 1/4 cup
Green chilli - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Tomatoes - 1/2 (medium)
Salt to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
Water to grind
Oil - 1 tablespoon (coconut or olive)
Grated Cheese - 2 tablespoon (optional)
Toppings
Capsicum - 1 cup (I have used green, red and yellow)
Onion - 1 (sliced thinly)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Italian mixed herb - 1/4 teaspoon
Olive oil - 2 teaspoon
Paneer - 1/4 cup
Method:
Heat the pan and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil. And add onion, capsicum, salt, Pepper and italian herb and salt. Cook till vegetables are cooked. Remove it
Add another teaspoon of oil and fry Paneer till all the sides are browned
Grind all the item under crust into thick batter.
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree. Spread the grinded batter into thin circle. Bake it for 10 mins.
Spread the vegetable and Bake it for another 5 mins
Serve hot
