Matcha Greek yogurt breakfast smoothie recipe - Healthy breakfast smoothie recipe - Matcha recipe

I love the matcha base recipe.. It is high in antioxidant and I love the flavour of green tea. Only recently I started using matcha tea powder. I love to add the dose in my smoothie it enhances the flavour as well as nutritional value of the smoothie. I love to try different combo for my breakfast smoothie. Even though you can use normal fresh yogurt I prefer to use the greek yogurt for smoothie. I have add brown sugar for this smoothie but it is up to you to add your own sweetner like honey or maple syrup
Ingredients

Matcha powder - 3/4 teaspoon to 1 (I have used 1 teaspoon)
Yogurt - 1/2 cup (I have used 0% greek yogurt)
Sugar or any sweetner to your taste - I have used 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Young Coconut water / Tender coconut water - 3/4 cup (I have used fresh)
Flesh from young coconut - 2 tablespoon ( 1 for grinding 1 for garnishing)


Method

Take 1/2 cup of coconut water and add in matcha tea powder. Mix well without any lumps
Take a blender or food processor add in rest of the ingredients and Matcha water and run it till smooth 
Serve it with young coconut garnishing
