I do tofu at home at least 2 to 3 times a week for dinner. Normally I serve it as a starter. This evening when I wanted to make Tofu I wanted to make use of lemon grass that I had in the fridge. I love Lemon grass flavour. Normally I add to the tea. I love the matcha base recipe.. It is high in antioxidant and I love the flavour of green tea. Only recently I started using matcha tea powder. I love to add the dose in my smoothie it enhances the flavour as well as nutritional value of the smoothie. I love to try different combo for my breakfast smoothie.
