Nutella brownie - Eggless brownie cake - Eggless nutella brownie - Eggless baking

Both of my kids are addicted to Nutella. They love to eat it. My kids were asking for nutella cake for quite some time. I tried Eggless Nutella Chocolate Cake. To them the chocolate powder in it overpowered nutella taste. So they wanted nutella cake. For my first son birthday I was planning to bake chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. but he asked for nutella brownie without any nuts. Birthday boy wins. I followed recipe from here. They enjoyed it till last bit
Ingredients:
Nutella - 200 g
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Whole wheat pastry flour - 1/4 cup (you can replace this with All purpose flour also)
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
Oil - 5 tablespoon ( I have used sunflower oil)
Milk - 1/2 cup ( I have used low fat)
Yogurt - 1/2 cup (I have used low fat)
Sugar - 4 tablespoon ( I have used powdered sugar)
Salt - a pinch
Instant coffee powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Method:
Sift the all purpose flour, whole wheat pastery flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder couple of times to mix everything together
Melt nutella in the microwave till it is runny (mine took about 90 sec). Add milk, yogurt, Powdered sugar, Vanilla essence in broader bowl and mix well.
Add oil, and melted nutella and mix well.
Now mix in the dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix till well incorporated.
Pour it on greased baked tin. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree C. Bake the batter till fully done at 180 degree C. Mine took 23 mins or till toothpick comes out clean
Slice it as your desired shape and size. Serve with favourite topping. My kids love it just by itself
